1. General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 6basa platform and all its services. By using our services through the 6basa website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applicable on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Misuse of bonus benefits — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial bets — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
6. Gaming Rules

Results displayed by the game software will be considered final. In the event of any dispute, server logs will be treated as the authoritative record.
6.3 Sports Betting
For sports betting, official results are verified from accepted sources. If an event is cancelled or its outcome is uncertain, 6basa follows a policy of refunding the stake for that bet.
7. Prohibited Activities

8. Account Suspension & Closure

- If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
- If the user submits a self-exclusion request.
Upon account closure, the user may be entitled to a refund of any verified real-money balance, however bonus funds will be forfeited.

6basa will not be liable for service disruptions caused by technical failures, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances. However, in such situations, we will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible.
